Fax No. : 022-26598237/38 Fax No.: 022-22723121, 22722037 Scrip Symbol: GANECOS Scrip Code: 514167 Sub.: Intimation regarding fire incident at Polyester Staple Fiber Plant of Company's Subsidiary at Warangal Dear Sir/ Ma'am, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SE8I (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a fire incident took place during the early hours of 13'h August, 2026, in the Polyester Staple Fiber Plant area of Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, located at Plot No. 873-78, Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, District Warangal, Telangana. The fire was brought under control with the help of plant's fire & safety team and the local fire authorities. The Company is currently in the process of assessing the impact on the operations and extent of the damage/ actual loss caused by the fire. The assets are adequately covered under insurance and the Company has informed the Insurance Company of the same. Operations in the affected area of the plant are temporarily disrupted. However, the operations of other divisions/ unit viz. 828 Chips, Filament Yarn, PPSF and Washline, are completely unaffected and operating in normal conditions. The cause of the fire is under investigation in coordination with the relevant authorities and the Company is taking adequate steps to ensure refunctioning of the Plant at the earliest. The Company will keep the Stock Exchange(s) informed of any material developments, including the actual quantum of damage/loss, insurance claim and recovery status, and the financial and operational impact, as and when the same are asce1iained.
