11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing /Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI
Listing Regulations’), please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2025-26 along with the
Notice of the Seventh AGM and other Statutory Reports. The said Annual Report is being sent through electronic mode to
the Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) and
Depositories. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also
