Pursuant to the MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars issued from time to time, the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”). 2. The Company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026 as the "Cut-off Date" for determining the eligibility of members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the Annual General Meeting. 3. The Company will be availing remote e-voting system for casting vote during AGM through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The remote e-voting period shall commence on Friday, September 25, 2026 (9:00 A.M.) (IST) and ends on Sunday, September 27, 2026 (5:00 P.M.) (IST). Additionally, the Company will be providing e-voting system for casting vote during the AGM. 4. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
