In this connection, the Company hereby further informs that the appeal filed by the Developer was listed for hearing on August 12, 2026, before the Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The Division Bench has by its interim order passed in the hearing held on August 12, 2026, stayed the effect and operation of the judgement dated July 28, 2026, passed by the Single Judge and in doing so has directed to maintain status quo with respect to the project land. The appeal filed by the Developer remains pending for final adjudication by the Division Bench. As on date of filing this intimation, the Company is awaiting a copy of the interim order passed by the Division Bench on August 12, 2026.
