The said alteration was subject to the approval and registration of the said MOA by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("ROC"). In this regard, we wish to inform you that the ROC, vide its Certificate dated 13th August, 2026 has approved and registered the alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the Company as approved by the shareholders. The brief details of the amendments to the Memorandum of Association, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Master Circular dated 11 November 2024, have already been disclosed to the Stock Exchange vide our aforesaid communication dated 29 July 2026. The amended Memorandum of Association of the Company is available on the Company's website at https://www.uflexltd.com/pdf/IR/UFLEX_MOA_AOA.pdf. Further, pursuant to the approval granted by the ROC, as referred to above, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company has been changed from L74899DL1988PLC032166 to L22209DL1988PLC032166.
