The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. on August 13, 2026 at 3.00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM, has approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith. 2. Date of Book Closure for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company: - The Company has decided to close the register of members and transfer books from 16th September 2026 to 18th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for determining the names of members eligible for the purpose of distribution of dividend on equity shares and Annual General meeting of the Company. 3. Convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company: - The Board has decided to convene the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Members on 18th September 2026 at 3.00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for which purpose the Registered Office of the Company situated at 1/F Laxmi Industrial Estate, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400053 shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting. 4. Appointment of Cost Auditors Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e., August 13, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Dilip M Bathija FRN 100106 as a Cost Auditor, of the Company for Financial Year 2026-27. Detail in Annexure I 5. Appointment of Statutory Auditors Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e., August 13, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. KNAV & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 120458W/W100679) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) years i.e., from financial year 2026-27 to the financial year 2030-31 i.e., to hold office till the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company subject to approval of the Members at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
