Towers Bandra (E), Mumbai – 400 051 Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Scrip Code: UFLEX Scrip Code: 500148 Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) - Approval and Registration of Alteration of Memorandum of Association by Registrar of Companies Dear Sir/Madam, Please refer to our earlier communication dated 29 July 2026, wherein we had informed the Stock Exchanges that the shareholders of the Company, at the 37th Annual General Meeting held on 29 July 2026, had inter-alia approved, by way of a Special Resolution, the alteration of the Memorandum of Association ("MOA") of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The said alteration was subject to the approval and registration of the said MOA by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("ROC"). In this regard, we wish to inform you that the ROC, vide its Certificate dated 13th August, 2026 has approved and registered the alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the Company as approved by the shareholders. The brief details of the amendments to the Memorandum of Association, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Master Circular dated 11 November 2024, have already been disclosed to the Stock Exchange vide our aforesaid communication dated 29 July 2026. The amended Memorandum of Association of the Company is available on the Company's website at https://www.uflexltd.com/pdf/IR/UFLEX_MOA_AOA.pdf. Further, pursuant to the approval granted by the ROC, as referred to above, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company has been changed from L74899DL1988PLC032166 to L22209DL1988PLC032166.
