In continuation of our earlier communication dated September 12, 2025, regarding the signing of a non- binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the Government of Tamil Nadu (GoTN) through its nodal agency ‘Guidance’ at the T N Rising Investment Conclave held on September 11, 2025 at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, we are pleased to inform that our Joint Venture Company, ELTX Systems Private Limited, has entered into an additional non-binding MOU with the Government of Tamil Nadu on August 13, 2026, in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, to expand the scope of its proposed operations in Tamil Nadu. The expanded scope will additionally cover Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT) and Communication Systems, alongside baseline project scope of setting up of a state-of-the-art facility for the design, development, manufacturing, and supply of Airborne Maritime Radar Systems, Fire Control Radar Systems, Counter Drone Systems, and other Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems for Airborne and Land applications under "Make in India" initiatives for global customers.
