Dear Sirs/ Madam,
Further to our letter dated August 6, 2026, and in compliance with Regulations 30 and 33 of the
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you
that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., August 13, 2026,
considered and approved the following matters:
1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as
recommended by the Audit Committee, together with the Limited Review Report of the
Statutory Auditors, in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
2. The Board’s Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-2026.
3. The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday,
September 28, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. through VC/OAVM.
4. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from
September 22, 2026 to September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the
AGM, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
5. Appointment of M/s. B SS & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Scrutinizer for the 34th
Annual General Meeting of the Compananyd appointment of KFin Technologies Limited as
the agency for providing e-voting and video conferencing facilities for the AGM.
The Board meeting commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.45 p.m.

Thursday. 13th August 2026. The siaiutory auditors of the Company performed Limited Review and have issued a Limited Review repori|
on the above results.
2. The format for quorterly resulis os prescribed in SEBI's Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/15/2015, dated 30th November 2015, has been|
modified to comply with requirements of SEBI's circular dated Sth July, 2016.
3. The Financial Resuls of the Company have been prepared in accerdance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) prescribed|
under Section 133 of fne Companies Act 2013 read with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015
4. Effective from November 21, 2025, consequent fo the infroduction of New labour Code by Government of India, the Company has|
assessed the financial implications of these changes which resulted in increase in the employee benefit expenses. However|
considering fhe materialify of fhe increase, it has not been disclosed as an exceptional item. The Company confinues to monitor the|
developements pertaining fo Labour Codes and will evaluate impact if any on the measurement of liability pertaining fo employee|
benefits.
5. The Company is engaged in Trading in LPG and leasing out botting plants temporarily. There are no ofher reportable segments as|
per Indian Accouniing Stendard (Ind AS - 108),
6. Comesponding period figures have been regrouped / recasted wherever necessary to conform with those of current period.

The Board of Directors
Kabsons Industries Limited,
1. We have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Unaudited Financial Results of Kabsons
Industries Limited (“the Company”) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (the “statement”)
being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular
No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016.
This statement is the responsibility of the Company’s Management and has been approved by
the Board of Directors of the Company, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition
and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 “Interim Financial
Reporting”, prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules
issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our
responsibility is to issue a report on the financial statement based on our review.
2. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410,
Review of Interim Financial information performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity,
