The Notice of the 2 6th AGM and Annual Report inter alia, containing the financial statements and other statutory reports for the year ended March 31, 202 6 is being sent electronically to those shareholders of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s) (DPs)/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). A letter providing the web -link, including the exact path, where complete details of the Annual Report are available is being sent to those shareholders of the Company who have not registered their email addresses. The details such as manner of (i) registering/ updating email addresses, (ii) casting vote through remote e -voting and e -voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC or OAVM will be set out in the Notice of the 2 6th AGM. The Record Date to determine entitlement of Members to final dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 202 6 has been fixed as Friday, September 4 , 2026. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to tax deduction at source as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Rules framed thereunder, as amended from time to time , shall be made within 30 days from the date of approval of the shareholders at the AGM as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
