Approved the appointment of Mr. Harish Mukati (DIN: 03214401), Chief Executive Officer (Steel Division) of the Company as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He will hold office as an Additional Director, upto the date of next Annual General Meeting. Further, his Appointment as Whole Time Director is for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 20th July, 2026 to 19th July, 2029, which is subject to approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Raj Kumar Bansal, aged 67 years, is a rank- holder Chartered Accountant. He is having about 40 years of experience in the Banking and Asset Reconstruction Company (“ARC”) industry. Mr. Raj Kumar Bansal is having expertise and experience in all functional areas of Banking, including Corporate Banking, Project Appraisal, Retail Banking, International Banking, Finance & Accounts (CFO), Resources, Recovery, Brief Profile (In case of Investments, Treasury and Operations etc. Appointment) Previously, Mr. Raj Kumar Bansal was the Managing Director and CEO of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Ltd. (EARC) from June 2018 to May 2024. Lastly, he has served as the President of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited till June, 2026. He was also the CEO of StockHolding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL), IDBI Mutual Fund and IDBI Federal Life Insurance.
