In connection with the same, we hereby inform that, upon receipt of the compounding fees, the Regional Director, Western Region-I, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai has passed the Final Orders in respect of the compounding applications and the same been received today, 13th August, 2026. Accordingly, the alleged violations now stand compounded. The details, as required pursuant to Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, as amended were duly disclosed to the Stock Exchanges vide the aforesaid earlier disclosure dated 30th July, 2026.
