Standalone Total Income grew 35.9%. • In this quarter, 73.7% of Consolidated Total Income including Other Income came from Indian operations including Maxwell, and the balance came from European operations. • Consolidated EBITDA margin for the quarter stood at 13.1 %, as against 14.3% in Q1FY26, owing to lower margins in the standalone entity attributed to higher commodity prices. Despite pass-through of major elements, such cost increases adversely impact the percentage margins. .. • Consolidated PAT at INR 245 crore was 8.0% higher than last year. • Aftermarket sales from Indian operations increased by 11.1% to INR 125 crore vs. INR 112 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. • Consolidated Basic and Diluted EPS for the quarter stood at INR 17.38 per share (not annualised) compared to INR 16.09 per share (not annualised) in the corresponding quarter of last year. ~ ENDURANCE Commenting on the Company's performance and recent developments, Mr. Anurang Jain, Managing Director of the Company said: "Ql FY'27 has been one of the most challenging quarters, which saw challenges of raw materials shortages, and large increase in raw material and energy pdces. However, the Indian automotive market stood out for its resilience with two-wheeler volumes growing 23.6% YOY and passenger vehicle volumes growing 23.0% YOY. Endurance standalone Total Income grew 35.9%, reflecting the growth in the market, higher raw material costs passed through and ramp-up of sales against new orders. The continuing strength in demand for new vehicles has prompted announcement of significant capacity expansions among major Indian two-wheeler and four-wheeler OEMs. Given our established content on two-wheeler platforms, deepening presence in four-wheelers and the pattern of our share of business growing with multiple OEMs, these expansions represent a strong runway for our profitable growth. Endurance is geared up to participate actively in this industry growth, with capabilities in terms of production facilities, technical prowess, financial strength and management bandwidth. In Europe, new car registrations improved across countries, growing 7.4% YOY. A significant part of this growth, however, came from Chinese OEMs, whom we currently do not serve. Our revenue in Euro terms grew 1% , largely in line with the production trend of our customer base of marquee European OEMs. European lawmakers are in the process of formulating rules for localised content, in an effort to create a level playing ground for local manufacturers. We will continue to keep an eye on these developments and diversify our customer portfolio to further strengthen our position in the region."
