Subsequently, on 20th March 2026, 75,150 Series A Warrants were converted into fully paid-up equity shares, against receipt of the balance consideration of~45,65,362.50. The 1,50,300 Series 8 Warrants ren1ained outstanding, subject to the terms of the issue and applicable regulatory provisions. The warrants are valid for a specified period as per SEB!
