Acquisition of LLPs: • Umaputra Solar Projects LLP (AAV-2372): The Company has acquired a majority stake of 98% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. and has been admitted as a partner in LLP, Accordingly, Umaputra Solar Projects LLP has become Subsidiary of our Company with effect from August 13, 2026. • Kripalu Solar Projects LLP (AAV-2240): The Company has acquired a majority stake of 98% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. and has been admitted as a partner in LLP, Accordingly, Kripalu Solar Projects LLP has become Subsidiary of our Company with effect from August 13, 2026. 2. Increase in Holding: • Harikrishna Solar Projects LLP(AAU-6562): The Company has increased its stake in Harikrishna Solar Projects LLP by 83%, thereby enhancing its total contribution/holding from 15% to 98%, with effect from August 13, 2026. • Govind Solar Projects LLP (AAU-6554): The Company has increased its stake in Govind Solar Projects LLP by 83%, thereby enhancing its total contribution/holding from 15% to 98%, with effect from August 13, 2026 Further Details with respect to said Acquisition as required under regulation 30 of listing regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure- I and Annexure- II.
