the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Monday, July 20, 2026, has, inter alia,
considered and approved;
a. Un-audited financial results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026
along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, duly recommended by the Audit
Committee of the Company.

The above standalone financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of
Directors at their respective meetings held on July 20, 2026.
2 These results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles of the Companies (Indian Accounting
Sta11dards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Compl:'.nies Ac!, 20!3, other accounting principles generally accepted
in India and are in compliance with the presentation and disclosure requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended).
3 The Company is in the business of manufacturing and trading of Crumb Rubber, Crumb Rubber Modifier, Bitumen, Modified Bitumen &
Bitumen Emulsion and allied products, hence has only one reportable operating segment as per Ind· AS l 08 - Operating Segments.
4 The Company incorporated Tinna Rubber Chile SpA a wholly owned subsidiary company with an Authorised Capital of Chilean Pesos
500,000,000 (divided into 5,00,00,000 equity shares of Chilean Pesos 10 each) with the objective to expand our global footprint and
strengthening our global supply chain of EL Ts from around the world, by carrying on the business of recycling and processing of end-of-life
tyres (ELT s), plastic waste and scrap, battery waste and scrap, and other allied waste management and recycling activities. Capital infusion
is under process.
The unaudited standalone financial results includes the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 being the balancing figure between the
s audited figures in respect of full financial year and the unaudited year to date figures up to the third quarter of the financial year ended
March 31, 2026 which were subject to limited review by the statutory auditors.

Review Report
To the Board of Directors,
Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited
1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of standalone unaudited financial results ofTinna Rubber
and Infrastructure Limited ("the Company"), for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 ("the statement"), being
submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (the "Listing Regulations").
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's management and approved by the Company's
Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid
down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, "Interim Financial Reporting" ("Ind AS 34"), prescribed under
Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the 'Act') as amended, read with relevant rules issued thereunder
and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in compliance with Regulation 33 of the
Listing Regulations. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement based on our review.
3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE)
2410 "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent' Auditor of the Entity",
issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform
the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial statements is free of material
