Business Updates
• Revenue growth was supported by strong performance in the Aluminium Powders and Foils businesses, improved export performance, and higher capacity utilisation,

newly incorporated subsidiaries during their ramp-up phase, as well as the adverse impact of geopolitical uncertainties and volatile metal prices.
• PAT growth was supported by improved operating performance along with net exceptional credit of Rs 5.45 Cr (post tax), primarily related to insurance claim receivables,
salvage realisation and provision adjustments under the New Wage Code.

planned silicone rubber manufacturing, enhancing product reliability, supply chain efficiency, and manufacturing integration for the Polymer Insulator business.

Segment Wise Updates
• Alumiuim Powder: Strong performance supported by healthy domestic demand, improved export performance, better realisations, and higher capacity utilisation, despite
delays in export shipments and volatility in aluminium prices. Export enquiries from West and Central Asia, Europe, and the United States remain strong, with exports
expected to grow by 40–50% in FY27, while domestic demand across explosives, AAC blocks, and pesticides continues to remain healthy.
• Aluminium Foil: Strong performance driven by improved realisations, higher capacity utilisation, and operational efficiencies, with increasing contribution from the
value-added Printed Foil segment. Lidding Foil trial production is expected by the end of Q2/beginning of Q3FY27, with commercial launch targeted during Q3FY27,
supporting further value addition and margin expansion.
• Aluminium Conductors and Cables: Performance continued to be impacted by slower execution of government infrastructure projects, delayed payments by State
Utilities affecting private EPC contractors, and elevated aluminium prices. LT Power Cable trials have commenced at the Bhandara facility, with BIS certification expected
during Q2FY27 and commercial launch targeted in Q3FY27. Construction of the 18,000 MTPA Aluminium Wire Rod facility is at an advanced stage, which is expected to
strengthen backward integration, improve supply chain efficiency, and support margin expansion across the Conductors, ABC, and LT Cable businesses.
• Polymer Insulators: Vendor registrations and approvals continue to progress with leading utilities, transmission companies, and private EPC players. Commercial
supplies to Nepal have commenced, while export opportunities in the United States and Latin America are progressing positively. The business is expected to witness a
meaningful sales ramp-up from Q3/Q4FY27, supported by healthy margin potential and continued focus on backward integration.
*Others include contribution from the Polymer Insulator business of Rs 0.5 Cr in Q1FY27 and Rs 0.04 Cr in Q1FY26. 6
