Further, the shareholders of the Company have considered the re-appointment of Ms. Rujuta Jagtap (DIN: 00861890) as an Independent Director for a further period of three (3) years with effect from 21st August, 2026 till 20th August, 2029, by way of Special Resolution. We will send separate communication regarding approval of her re-appointment by shareholders after declaration of voting results of AGM.
