We have completed our statutory audit in respect of financial statements for the year ended 31* March 2026 and issued our report dated 25™ May 2026. We have also completed limited review for the quarter ended June 30", 2026, and issued our limited review report dated 13™ August 2026. Please refer to our ongoing discussions in connection with our continuation as statutory auditor to the company. We have carefully evaluated and due to increase professional pre-occupation in other assignments and due to manpower constraints, we regrettably propose our resignation. Our resignation does not result from inability to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence. There are no other circumstances connected with our resignation which we consider should be brought to the notice of the Board. In view oft he above and as discussed and agreed with the Management, we express our inability to continue as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
