MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY INDUSTRY & OUTLOOK Beyond the quarter’s strong operating performance, external and policy developments are shaping the near-term outlook for the textile industry. The recent easing of tariffs by the United States has had a positive impact on Indian textile exporters, improving cost competitiveness and order visibility as compared to the same period last year. Separately, the India–UK Free Trade Agreement is expected to be a long-term positive for the industry, gradually opening up preferential access to a large export market, although its full benefit will be realised only over the coming years as trade flows adjust. At the same time, the ongoing Middle East crisis continuesto weigh on global logistics, keeping shipping costs elevated and disrupting established trade routes; as a result, overall businessvolumes to the region for the quarterremain volatile. Broad-based revenue growth EBITDA from Operations Revenue from Operations rose 19.3% YoY to ₹75.15 Cr, reflecting stronger order EBITDA from Operations grew 38.0% YoY to ₹2,679 Lakhs (from ₹1,941 Lakhs in Q1 execution and demand recovery over Q1 FY25-26. FY25-26), reflecting strongeroperating profitability alongside the revenue growth. Lower finance costs Net Profit Growth Finance costs declined 16.1% YoY to ₹37.70 Lakhs, consistent with a lighter Net Profit After Tax grew 75.9% YoY to ₹2,506.10 Lakhs (from ₹1,425.25 Lakhs in Q1 debt/working-capital burden and improving balance sheet efficiency. FY25-26), reflecting the combined benefit of operating leverage and margin expansion.
