Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026: The Board of Directors considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon. The aforesaid Financial Results along with the respective Limited Review Reports are enclosed herewith as Annexure I. 2. Appointment/Re-appointment of Directors Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, the Board of Directors approved the following appointments/re-appointments: a. Appointment of Mrs. Mansi Viral Parikh (DIN: 11790922) as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director of the Company, for a term of one year commencing from September 10, 2026 and ending on September 9, 2027 (both days inclusive). b. Re-appointment of Mr. Jayendrasinh Pratapsinh Gharia (DIN: 05227700) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from November 9, 2026 and ending on November 8, 2031 (both days inclusive).
