Since he did not offer himself for re-appointment, he has retired as Non-Executive Director of the Company upon conclusion of 40th AGM i.e. with effect from 13th August, 2026. Further, the shareholders of the Company have considered the re-appointment of Ms. Rujuta Jagtap (DIN: 00861890) as an Independent Director for a further period of three (3) years with effect from 21st August, 2026 till 20th August, 2029, by way of Special Resolution. We will send separate communication regarding approval of her re-appointment by shareholders after declaration of voting results of AGM. Ms. Rujuta Jagtap is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
