Outcome of Board meeting dated August 13, 2026

Unijolly Investments Company Ltd has announced the outcome of its board meeting held on August 13, 2026. The board approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and noted the resignations of Ms. Simran Sharma as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and M/s. Narasimha Rao & Associates as Statutory Auditors. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. G. Nagendra Sundaram & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors.
