Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Company, at its meeting held on August 13, 2026, has approved the constitution of an Information Technology Committee (“IT Committee”) of the Company with effect from August 13, 2026. The IT Committee has been constituted with the objective of providing oversight and guidance in relation to the Company’s information technology strategy, digital initiatives, information security, cybersecurity, IT governance, technology infrastructure, data protection and other matters relating to the effective and secure use of information technology by the Company.
