The Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. . The 45™ Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on September 28, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) as per the relaxation given by Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024. . The Board has approved the Board’s Report along with its annexures for the Financial Year 2025-26 and the Notice convening the 45™ Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company. The said Notice, along with the Board’s Report and its annexures, shall be circulated to the shareholders in due course, and all necessary disclosures relating to the AGM shall be made to the Stock Exchange in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. . The Board, after due consideration, did not approve the declaration of any Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27. Accordingly, no Interim Dividend shall be declared for the Financial Year 2026-27.
