Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Reports (Standalone and Consolidated) 2. Approval of the Directors Report as on March 31 2026 and up to date. 3. Approval of next Annual General Meeting Notice. The Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with Limited Review Reports (Standalone and Consolidated) as adopted and approved by the company are enclosed herewith as Annexure — 1. Further in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, company has published the summarized unaudited financial result for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 in the prescribed format in the newspaper and full text of the result are available on the website of the company.
