1. Approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company
for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and taken on record, the Limited Audit Review
Report on the results.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the statement of the Unaudited Financial Results
(Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with the Limited
Audit Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

The Board approved that the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the
Company be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11.30 A.M. (1ST) through

PREMIER EXPLOSIVESLIMITED
1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited standalone financial results of PREMIER
EXPLOSIVES LIMITED (the 'Company') for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (the "Statement")
attached herewith, being submitted by the company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of
the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (,the Regulation') as
amended.
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the
Company's Boardof Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement
principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" ("Ind AS 34"),
prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 asamended, read with relevant rules issued
thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express
a conclusion onthe Statement basedon our review.
3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements
(SRE) 2410, 'Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the
Entity', issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan
and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free of materiai
misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of Company personnel and analytical
procedures applied to financial data and thus provide less assurance than an audit. We have not
performed an audit and accordingly, wedo not express an audit opinion.
4. Basedon our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes usto believe
that the accompanying Statement, prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement
principles laid down in the aforesaid Indian Accounting Standards (Tnd AS') specified under Section 133
of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended, read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other
accounting principles generally accepted in India, has not disclosed the information required to be
disclosed in terms of the Listing Regulations, including the manner in which it isto be disclosed, or that
it contains any material misstatement.
5. We draw attention to Note 5 to the financial statements regarding the insurance claim receivable of
~609.8U lakhs recognized by the Company in respect of the accident at its manufacturing facility during
the previous financial year. The said insurance claim remains outstanding and pending settlement with
the insurer asat June 30, 2026.
Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
