Subsequently, the Food Safety Officer filed a complaint before Additional District Magistrate, Moradabad alleging violation of the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Pursuant thereto, a penalty was imposed on manufacturer and Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) has been imposed on the Store Manager/ Subsidiary. 5. Impact on financial, operation or other The financial impact of the aforesaid activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in order is to the extent of the penalty monetary terms to the extent possible imposed. There is no material impact on operations or other activities of the Company due to the said order. Since it is a third party manufactured product, the penalty amount will be recovered from the concerned Manufacturer. Subsidiary is reviewing the Order and is in the process of filing an Appeal.
