BUILDING LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE Somewhere in India today, a car is taking shape, a microchip is being printed, a battery is being assembled, almost all of it inside a building that had to be engineered and built first. For more than four decades, Interarch Building Solutions has built those places, growing alongside India's industrial and economic transformation. As the nation widened its manufacturing ambitions, modernised its infrastructure, and strengthened its global presence, we evolved with it. When we say Building India, we mean more than the structures we build: we mean the value, capability, and confidence we help build for industries across the country. What sets our work apart is the way we adapt, always with intent. As our customers' expectations and the complexity of their projects have grown, so have we, moving past routine execution towards smarter, more integrated solutions drawn from deep engineering and steady innovation. Scale alone has never been the measure. We build for strength, for efficiency, and for the years ahead. FY 2025-26 carried that direction forward. Sustained momentum through the year let us invest more deeply in our manufacturing capabilities, in advanced technology, and in the specialised solutions that increasingly sophisticated projects demand. Widening partnerships and a broader market outlook are opening new opportunities to strengthen our position in high-value segments. Our way of working stays grounded in discipline and the long view. A strong financial foundation and a commitment to reinvesting in future readiness let us choose capability over short-term gains, year after year. Every project we take on reflects a deeper belief: that infrastructure is far more than steel and concrete. It is an enabler of progress, resilience, and national growth. In that spirit, we remain committed to building the next stage of India's development. 2 Interarch Building Solutions Limited CO SR FS Key Performance Highlights for FY 2025-26 Built fo [Showing first 8,000 characters — download PDF for full document]
