Shareholders meeting

BASF India Limited has submitted the Exchange a copy Scrutinizers report of Annual General Meeting held on August 12, 2026. The company has informed the Exchange regarding voting results. The 82nd Annual General Meeting was held through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means, where all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the said AGM have been transacted and passed with requisite majority by the members. The company has declared a Final Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share (250%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Ordinary Resolution as contained in Item No. 1 and Item No. 2 is passed with requisite Majority. The company has also re-appointed Mr. Pradip P. Shah as a Director of the Company.
