to profitability
Q1 FY27 Revenue grows 18.4% YoY; EBITDA rises 67.8% YoY; EBITDA
margin improves to 9.34%
Mumbai, 13th August 2026: Flomic Global Logistics Ltd., an integrated logistics and freight forwarding company
with over three decades of industry experience, announced its limited reviewed financial results for the first
quarter ended 30th June 2026, prepared in accordance with the applicable IND AS accounting guidelines.

Financial Results Highlights for the quarter ended 30th June 2026:
Revenue from Operations stood at ₹11,999.77 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹10,137.76
lakh in Q1 FY26, registering a YoY growth of 18.37%.
EBITDA stood at ₹1,120.57 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹667.88 lakh in Q1 FY26,
registering a YoY growth of 67.78%. EBITDA margin improved to 9.34% from 6.59%, reflecting
improved operating efficiency, service mix and disciplined cost management.
Profit After Tax stood at ₹206.25 lakh in Q1 FY27, compared with a loss of ₹297.79 lakh in Q1
FY26.
Basic EPS stood at ₹1.14 in Q1 FY27, compared with a loss per share of ₹1.64 in Q1 FY26.

Commenting on the results, Lancy Barboza, CEO & Managing Director, Flomic Global Logistics Ltd said:
“Q1 FY27 marked a strong start to the financial year for Flomic, with continued momentum across our
integrated logistics platform. During the quarter, we reported Revenue from Operations of ₹11,999.77 lakh,
EBITDA of ₹1,120.57 lakh and PAT of ₹206.25 lakh. Revenue grew 18.4% YoY, while EBITDA increased 67.8%
YoY, with EBITDA margin improving to 9.34% from 6.59% in Q1 FY26. We also returned to profitability at the
PAT level, reflecting improved operating efficiency and disciplined cost management.
Our diversified service portfolio across freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, supply chain
management and project logistics, supported by our asset-light business model, continues to provide a strong
foundation for growth. During the quarter, we remained focused on strengthening customer relationships,
