He brings extensive expertise in business strategy, project development, sales and operations, joint venture management, and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has successfully led business turnarounds and driven growth across renewable energy businesses, including wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen. He has also played a pivotal role in landmark railway, power, and nuclear energy initiatives, including technology transfer and localization programs. Mr. Alok holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T. Sindri, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD (Paris/Singapore).
