He has held leadership positions with reputed organizations including INOX Wind, GE Power, Alstom Transport, Bombardier Transport India. He brings extensive expertise in business strategy, project development, sales and operations, joint venture management, and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has successfully led business turnarounds and driven growth across renewable energy businesses, including wind, solar, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen. He has also played a pivotal role in landmark railway, power, and nuclear energy initiatives, including technology transfer and localization programs. Mr. Alok holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T. Sindri, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD (Paris/Singapore).
