The Company has successfully completed a pilot deployment of HYGI AIR across 100 retail outlets, with the deployed devices connected to the Company's centralized monitoring platform and transmitting field data for remote monitoring. The pilot has demonstrated the operational capability of the solution across multiple locations, including device connectivity, centralized monitoring, alerts, analytics and device-health visibility. Following completion of the pilot, the Company is evaluating and preparing for commercial deployment of HYGI AIR across fuel-retail and other distributed/high-footfall facilities, subject to customer requirements, commercial negotiations, deployment schedules and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. HYGI AIR extends the Company's technology and solutions portfolio into connected sensing, cloud- based monitoring, analytics and managed service support for distributed facilities. The Company clarifies that the above business update does not represent any confirmed purchase order, binding contract, assured revenue, financial guidance or guarantee of future business. Commercial deployments and revenues, if any, will depend upon customer approvals, commercial negotiations, product configuration, deployment timelines, market conditions and other applicable factors.
