The proposed business activity will involve developing the market and distribution network for Paulownia/Kiri timber in India, including identifying and establishing relationships with timber traders, manufacturers, furniture and other wooden-product manufacturers, and other potential customers. The Company proposes to undertake the said activity as a channel partner for WGW Agreen Private Limited., which has secured exclusive rights in India for promotion, plantation, sale and distribution of hybrid tissue-cultured Paulownia Trees, including the Phoenix One® variety. The proposed initiative is intended to create and develop a market for Paulownia timber in India and establish suitable distribution channels in anticipation of the availability of timber from plantations in the coming years. The Company shall make further disclosures to the Stock Exchanges, as and when required under the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
