This decision has been taken in view of adverse market conditions and the continued losses incurred by the Fabric Division over a prolonged period. Further clarified that, consequent to the closure of the Fabric Division, there will be no Fabric Segment in the standalone financial statements of Technocraft Industries (India) Limited. However, the Garment business of the Group will continue without any interruption through its wholly owned subsidiary, Technocraft Fashions Limited, which has Garment manufacturing facilities at Amravati, Maharashtra and Betul, Madhya Pradesh. For abundant clarity, it is further informed that the Company's Yarn Division will continue its operations as usual. The Group has yarn manufacturing facilities with 31,000 spindles each at Amravati under Technocraft Industries (India) Limited and Technocraft Textiles Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary.
