Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 10, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to receive dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2026, had recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for approval of members at the 33rd AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after October 04, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as under: a) In respect of shares held in physical mode, the dividend will be payable to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business hours on Thursday, September 10, 2026. b) In respect of shares held in demat mode, dividend will be payable to those members whose names appear in the list of beneficial owners as at the close of business hours on Thursday, September 10, 2026, based on data to be furnished by the Depositories.
