The Results have been prepared in accordance with Ind AS notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 as amended. 2. The above results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 11th August, 2026. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have conducted a"Limited Review" of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2026. 3. **The Figures for the quarter ended March 31st, 2026 are the balance figures between the audited figures in respect to the full financial year and the published figures for the nine months ended on December 31st, 2025, which were subject to limited review. 4. Disclosure note on New Labour Code On November 21, 2025, the Government of India notified provisions of the Code on Wages, 2019, the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, the Code on Social Security, 2020, and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 which consolidate 29 existing labour laws into a unified framework governing employee benefit during employment and post-employment. During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company continued to monitor the developments relating to the implementation of the aforesaid Labour Codes, including notifications, rules, amendments and clarifications issued by the Central Government and the State Government and the company has taken appropriate action to implement the required changes accordingly. 5. Provision foremployee benefits has been made on pro-ratabasis of last year. Provision fordeferred tax liability / assets and actual provision for Employees benefits would be made at the end of the year. 6.
