Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with the
Bank's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, we
hereby inform that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Bank shall remain
closed with effect from July OL,2026 for all the Connected persons / Designated Persons and
their immediate relatives, till the conclusion of 48 hrs after the declaration of Standalone
Un-Audited Financial results of the Bank for the Quarter ending June 3Q 2026.In this regard,
the date of meeting of the Board to approve the said financial results of the Bank will be intimated
to the exchange in due course.
In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2|P|C[R/2025/55SEBI dated April2L,2025
read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2|P|CIR|2023|L24 dated July 19, 2023, the
PAN of the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives would be marked for freezing in the
Depositories at the security level against the ISIN of the equity shares of the Bank during the
trading window closure period. Accordingly, all the Connected persons / Designated Persons and
their immediate relatives cannot trade in the securities of the Bank, during the trading window
closure period.
