No.: GIC-HO/BOARD/SE-CSAppoint/46/2026-27 dated 15th May 2026, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors had approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjeeb Mishra as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation in place of Mr. Satheesh Kumar from the date of taking charge. The effective date of taking charge by Mr. Sanjeeb Mishra vice Mr. Satheesh Kumar was to be intimated in the due Course. In this regard, it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Corporation in its Meeting held today i.e., 13th August 2026 noted that Mr. Sanjeeb Mishra has conveyed his inability to join the Corporation due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Mr. Satheesh Kumar shall continue as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation. The Board meeting commenced at 9:30 a.m. (IST) and ended at 1:25 p.m. (IST). Kindly take the above on record.
