• Total supply across the 4 markets has dropped by 12% but the corresponding absorption has increased by 6%
• Market dynamics in Bengaluru remain strong and favourable. The market has witnessed growth in absorption of 30%
and growth in supply of 33%, while delivering a healthy increase in price growth (8.3% YoY)
• MMR and Pune recorded healthy YoY absorption growth of 24% and 11% respectively, despite a modest 9% increase in
supply in MMR and a 9% decline in supply in Pune
• Further, price of the residential units psf (YoY) has shown healthy growth across all the four regions:
