Outcome of Board Meeting

Sobha Limited has informed the Exchange regarding outcome of Board meeting held on July 20, 2026, where the Board of Directors approved the standalone limited review report and standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and also approved the issue of non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹ 10,00,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Crore Only) on private placement basis.
