In this regard, it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Corporation in its Meeting held today i.e., 13th August 2026 noted that Mr. Sanjeeb Mishra has conveyed his inability to join the Corporation due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Mr. Satheesh Kumar shall continue as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation.
