Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the Financial Results will be published in the prescribed format in English and Tamil newspapers within the stipulated timelines. Recommendation of Final Dividend The Board has recommended the final divided on Equity Shares @ 20%, (i.e., Rs. 2.0/- per Equity Share of Rs.10.00/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
