SBPDCL has, vide its Letter No. 1100 dated 13.08.2026, informed the Company that the Debarment Order issued vide Letter No. 516 dated 24.04.2026 has been withdrawn with immediate effect, pursuant to the Company’s appeal and detailed submissions before the competent authority. As stated in our earlier disclosure, the Company had submitted its representation and observations before the authorities concerned, clarifying that the matter pertained to a single isolated observation during post- test inspection at CPRI, Bhopal, and did not involve any established design failure or systemic quality issue. SBPDCL, having considered the Company’s appeal, submissions and the facts and circumstances of the matter, has decided to withdraw the Debarment Order in its entirety. This disclosure is being made in the interest of transparency, good corporate governance and adherence to compliance requirements. Kindly take the above information on record.
