We wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the number of equity shares allotted on a preferential basis for cash to Shaukat Sattar Hajiyani was mentioned as 16,000 equity shares instead of 20,000 equity shares. Consequent to the said error, the total number of equity shares for cash shall be 2,20,000 equity shares instead of 2,16,000 equity shares. Accordingly, the relevant disclosure shall be read as under: “2,20,000 equity shares of the Company on a preferential basis for cash.” Further, Annexure 2 and Annexure B forming part of the said Outcome have been revised to reflect the correct number of equity shares allotted.
