Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing
Regulations’), please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company met
today which commenced at 11:40 AM and concluded at 12:10 PM has inter alia:

Results for the first quarter ended 30" June, 2026. A copy of the un-audited
Financial Results duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and

1. The above unaudited Financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at
its meetings held on 13th August, 2026 . These results have been subjected to "Limited Review" by the statutory Auditors of the Company who
have issued an unmodified review report on the unaudited standalone financial results for the three months ended and quarter ended 30th June,
2026
2. This unaudited Financial Results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS)
prescribed under Sec 133 of Companies Act,2013 and other recognised accounting practises and policies to the extent applicable.
3. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of wheat and wheat products and therefore has only one reportable
segment in accoradnce with IND AS 108 "operating Segments"
4. Figures for the previous periods have been regrouped and reclassified to confirm to the classification of the current period, wherever necessary
5. The Company has not discontinued any of its operations during the Quarter ended June, 2026
6. There are no exceptional / extraordinary items during the Quarter ended June, 2026 and Quarter ended March, 2026

Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June
2026 Pursuant to_the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended
The Board of Directors of Sunil Agro Foods Limited
1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Standalone unaudited financial results of
Sunil Agro Foods Limited (the “Company") for the quarter ended 30" June, 2026 (the
“Statement”), being submitted by the company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33
of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation,2015 as amended
(The "Regulation”) and has been initiated by us for identification purpose.
2. This statement is the responsibility of the Company’s Management and has been approved
by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 13th, 2026. has been prepared in
accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in IND AS 34 “Interim
Financial reporting” (IND AS 34) prescribed under section 133, of the Companies Act, 2013
as amended read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles
generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to issue a report on these financial
statements based on our review.
3. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE)
2410," Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the
Entity" Specified under section 143 (10) of the Companies Act,2013. This standard requires
that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the financial
statements are free of material misstatement. A review of interim financial information
consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting
matters, and applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in
scope than an audit conducted in accordance with Standards on Auditing and consequently
does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would become aware of all significant matters
that might be identified in an audit. Accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
4. Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us
to believe that the accompanying Statement of unaudited Standalone financial results,
prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the
Indian Accounting Standard pr
