Jyothy, Chairperson and Managing Director of the Company is duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company to sign the aforesaid financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. 2 The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and unaudited published figures upto the third quarter. Also the figures upto the third quarter had been reviewed and not subject to audit. 3 The Chief Operating Decision Maker (‘CODM’) reviews the business under three reportable segments, namely Fabric care, Home care, and Personal Care. Consequent to this, the Company revised its internal management segment reporting structure during the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
