In this regard, the RBI vide its letter dated July 03, 2026, has approved the appointment of Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh as Director on the Board of the Company for a term not exceeding three years in terms of para 10 of Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies - Governance) Directions dated November 28,2025, read with para. 105 of Reserve Bank of India (Housing Finance Companies) Directions, 2025 dated November 28, 2025 (Directions), as amended from time to time. Accordingly, Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh is appointed on the Board of the Company as an Additional Director in the category of Whole Time Director (to be designated as Deputy Managing Director) w.e.f. today i.e., Friday, July 03, 2026. The Company shall be seeking the approval of the shareholders in this regard at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled on July 29, 2026.
