The subsidiary has been established with the objective of providing technology-enabled home services through Kapston Home Services online platform including but not limited to Home cleaning, pest control, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, hairdressing, spa, salon and other beauty treatment and other allied home maintenance services. The launch of the business marks a significant milestone in the Company strategy to expand its service portfolio and strengthen its presence in B2C business, which is rapidly growing in India. The Company believes that this initiative will create long-term dedicated and reliable resource for it is customers and value for stakeholders while complementing the existing business operations of the Company. A formal launch event was held on August 12, 2026, at Hyderabad, marking the official launch of the Kapston Home Services mobile application and its availability to the public. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nagarjuna Akkineni, Actor as the Brand Ambassador for Kapston Home Services Private Limited. His association is expected to enhance the brand's visibility and support the Company's growth strategy in the home services segment.
